Carla Wilson, Owner and Team Leader
Carla leveraged her 20 years professional experience into the creation of Wilson Virtual Assistants in 2003. Carla managed offices and businesses for leaders in the Sales & Marketing, Security and Real Estate fields.
She is a member of the Delaware Valley Virtual Assistants Association (DVVAA) where she served as Secretary and President, as well as the International Virtual Assistants Association. She holds several designations including Certified Real Estate Support Specialist (CRESS), Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA) and EthicsCheck.
When not working on her business, Carla enjoys cooking, yoga and fitness, reading, gardening, and playing music with her husband and son. In July 2009, she and team member, Caroline Wright, will travel to the United Kingdom to complete the 190-mile Coast-to-Coast Walk. She lives in Downingtown, PA.
Caroline Wright, Certified Virtual Assistant and Real Estate Support Specialist
The one with the “delightful British accent”, Caroline Wright has been in the virtual assistant business since 2000. Her company, The Wright Solution, provides real estate marketing, lead generation and administration support to Realtors and small business owners, and deliver the highest standards of quality and care.
Although British by birth, she has lived and worked in many different countries in the last twenty years. Prior to being a VA, her career spanned cruise ships, luxury villa property management in Greece and private club membership marketing in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Portsmouth, England. She is a Certified Virtual Assistant, Certified Real Estate Support Specialist, Ethics Checked VA, and Board member for the International Association of Virtual Assistants, serving as Education Director and Membership Director for the Association. She is also an active member of the DVVAA, the VA association local to her current home in New Jersey. Caroline’s hobbies include cooking, hiking and travel – especially to their Greek home on the island of Spetses each summer.
Linda Siniscal, Certified Bookkeeper, AIPB, QuickBooks Pro Advisor
Linda has been assisting small business owners with their bookkeeping and administrative needs since 1994. Linda is a Certified Bookkeeper with the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and a licensed and Certified Bookkeeper with the National Association of Certified Professional Bookkeepers. She is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
In the private sector, Linda had over 20 years experience working as an executive secretary for a Corporate Controller/Treasurer for an international corporation. She also was a bookkeeper for a construction company for 5 years which consisted of preparing payroll, union job cost reports, accounts payable/receivable management and office management.
She assists with bookkeeping services including accounts payable/accounts receivable management, preparation of monthly financial reports, monthly and quarterly payroll tax reports, monthly bank reconciliations along with administrative services including appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, PowerPoint presentations, database creation and maintenance, and various other administrative tasks.
Linda is a member of the Delaware Valley Virtual Assistants Association currently serving on their Board of Directors (2009-2011) as Treasurer and a member of the International Virtual Assistants Association and has also served on their Board of Directors (2006/2008) as Treasurer. She is also a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Central Jersey. Linda is also a Notary Public in the State of New Jersey and resides in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
Mary Motz, Certified Internet Webmaster, Certified Internet Marketing VA, Social Media Goddess, and our techy go-to gal
Mary Motz has a unique skill set that combines business administration, web marketing, design and virtual office expertise.
In addition to her career experience, Mary is a Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW – Professional/Site Design) and a Microsoft Office User Specialist. Her specialty services include website design and maintenance, blogsite setup, customization and social media integration, email marketing, domain services, webinar hosting, and technology support.
Mary is also a member of several professional virtual assistant organizations, including the International Virtual Assistants Association and the Delaware Valley Virtual Assistants Association, where she serves on the Board as President.
Susan Kovalesky, Certified Real Estate Support Specialist, Real Estate Professional Assistant
Susan Kovalesky, a Real Estate virtual assistant, has more than 10 years of experience supporting local real estate professionals with marketing, listing coordination, database management and website maintenance. In 2006, she went virtual when she founded her company Virtually On IT – Real Estate Support Services. Susan is a member of the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA) and holds their Certified Real Estate Support Specialist (CRESS) designation. She is also a member of the Delaware Valley Virtual Assistants Association (DVVAA) and is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA).
Susan holds a BA in Business Administration from Grove City College and an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University. Prior to her work with Realtors, she spent several years in the financial field mostly in corporate accounting preparing financial statements for real estate investment trusts (REITs) at a large mutual fund company. While Susan resides in Pennsylvania, she is a Social Media Marketing enthusiast who loves partnering with Realtors everywhere and anywhere to help them use the technology they need to be successful.
Teresa Berger, Public Relations and Copywriter Extraordinaire
Teresa has been rescuing clients from content mishaps and PR confusion virtually since 2005. Her virtual PR|Editorial practice, Innovate Services, partners with clients to write and submit buzz-worthy press releases, and for copywriting and editing.
As an active member of the International Virtual Assistants Association™ (IVAA) and the Delaware Valley Virtual Assistants Association (DVVAA), Teresa is a firm believer in professional development and spends a great deal of time volunteering and developing her skills so she can better serve clients. Prior to becoming an MBA “mommypreneur”, Teresa was in various marketing roles in market research firms and the banking industry.
When not working with clients, or working on the business, Teresa enjoys spending time with her preschool-age daughter and husband, traveling, teaching fitness classes for new moms and spending time at the beach.
